Cu Lao Cham is a small group of islands just off the coast near Hoi An. The waters here are clear and calm, blending two shades of blue and green in a way that’s hard to describe. Along with quiet sandy beaches and green hills, it’s giving a peaceful escape from the busy ancient town. I’ve visited many times, most recently in May 2025, and am still amazed at how beautiful and untouched the islands still feel despite some development.
