Born in the city of Halong, which is home to the legendary Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, my passion for travel and my home country never ceases to inspire me. After graduating from the School of Foreign Languages in 2007, my desire to share Vietnam's cultural and natural wealth led me to specialize in promoting my country as an attractive destination for travelers worldwide. This is how I embraced my passion by working as a French-speaking advisor in the tourism industry.

What sparked your interest in travel and working in the tourism industry?

Since I was a child, I had a strong love for travel. During my university years, I had the opportunity to explore different regions of my country and was amazed by its beauty. This experience strengthened my desire to share my country's splendor with foreign friends, which motivated me to pursue a career in the tourism industry after graduating from university.

How many times have you traveled to Vietnam, and what draws you in each time?

I have been fortunate to take numerous trips, both short and long, throughout Vietnam, and each time, I have been captivated by the beauty of the natural landscapes that unfolded before me. But what has left the most lasting impression on me is the warm smiles and kindness of the local people, especially the children. Their acts of kindness and hospitality have left me with unforgettable memories.

What are your top recommendations for trying Vietnamese cuisine?

The best way to discover authentic Vietnamese cuisine is to enter the kitchens of Vietnamese families. By joining them to prepare meals and traditional dishes, you will have an authentic experience.
