EssentialLaos: a land of gentle charm, where life flows along the Mekong; discover the golden temples of Luang Prabang, misty mountains, and serene river towns.
Cambodia: the proud heart of ancient Khmer civilization — home to the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat, traditional villages, and warm, welcoming people.
Shared spirituality and traditions: both nations are deeply rooted in Buddhism, reflected in saffron-robed monks, morning almsgiving, and temple rituals.
Tranquil pace of travel: ideal for slow exploration by river cruise or scenic overland routes connecting Luang Prabang, Vientiane, and Siem Reap.
Cultural harmony: from Lao sticky rice and tranquil pagodas to Cambodian apsara dance and vibrant markets, both offer a glimpse into timeless Southeast Asia.

For tourists from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most EU countries:
The dry season from mid-October to April is the best time for outings in Cambodia due to its mild air, clear blue skies, and minimal rainfall. From May to September, even though it's the rainy season, the rain typically only lasts for an hour or two a day. The rest of the day is usually sunny, and visits are still feasible.
Yes, it is entirely possible to reach Cambodia by air. You can take a flight from Ho Chi Minh (or Hanoi) to Siem Reap and spend the rest of your journey exploring the magnificent Angkorian temples.
If you are traveling with young children, we always try to arrange either family rooms or connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. However, not all hotels in our country have family rooms, and these rooms are usually in high demand in July and August, the peak vacation period for families. Therefore, we recommend booking your trip early to ensure the availability of the services according to your preferences.
Regarding accommodation, almost all 3-4 star hotels in our country have baby cots, but we can only provide a definitive confirmation for each hotel after we have made reservations.
Our cars are not equipped with child seats. Children in our country typically do not have special seats in the car, but parents often place them beside them or on their laps.
Most of the transfers will be done by car, but we also offer various types of transportation during your family trip, such as cyclo-pousse, bicycles, rowboats, or boats. You can also choose to spend a night on a train, all of which will provide you and your children with diverse experiences.
During your family trip, we certainly offer several fun activities for your children during the journey: meeting new Vietnamese 'friends' by staying with local families, cycling, boating, kayaking, and visiting artisanal product workshops.
Vietnam boasts diverse landscapes and an authentic culture, ensuring an experience that will satisfy all your desires.
