• In Hanoi: Pho (beef rice noodle soup), Nem, and Banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich).
• In the Central region, in Hue and Hoi An: Bun Bo Hue (Hue-style beef soup) and Cao Lau in Hoi An.

From the trip preparation stage, I am responsive through email and, especially, by phone/WhatsApp. During your stay on-site, you will be accompanied by our perfectly French-speaking guides.
