FAQ

Family trip

1. Do you offer family rooms or connecting rooms?

If you are traveling with young children, we always try to arrange either family rooms or connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. However, not all hotels in our country have family rooms, and these rooms are usually in high demand in July and August, the peak vacation period for families. Therefore, we recommend booking your trip early to ensure the availability of the services according to your preferences.

2. Do you have 'baby cots' in the rooms?

Regarding accommodation, almost all 3-4 star hotels in our country have baby cots, but we can only provide a definitive confirmation for each hotel after we have made reservations.

3. Do you have car seats for our babies?

Our cars are not equipped with child seats. Children in our country typically do not have special seats in the car, but parents often place them beside them or on their laps.

4. What type of transportation do you offer for our family?

Most of the transfers will be done by car, but we also offer various types of transportation during your family trip, such as cyclo-pousse, bicycles, rowboats, or boats. You can also choose to spend a night on a train, all of which will provide you and your children with diverse experiences.

5. Do you offer fun activities for children?

During your family trip, we certainly offer several fun activities for your children during the journey: meeting new Vietnamese 'friends' by staying with local families, cycling, boating, kayaking, and visiting artisanal product workshops.

Vietnam boasts diverse landscapes and an authentic culture, ensuring an experience that will satisfy all your desires.

6. What are the must-visit attractions for a family trip to Vietnam?

During your family trip to Vietnam, don't miss the essential destinations:

In the North: Explore Hanoi, the enchanting capital, immerse yourself in the beauty of Ninh Binh's terrestrial Halong Bay, and, most importantly, visit the wonderful Halong Bay with a memorable cruise. If time allows, experience the authenticity of the Northern mountains by embarking on hikes and staying with the locals, creating unforgettable memories for your children.
