In June, Pu Luong enters the ripe rice season. The weather is cool, and golden terraced rice fields stretch as far as the eye can see, creating a naturally enchanting landscape.

Located in the northwest of Thanh Hoa province, Pu Luong is a nature reserve covering an area of 17,600 hectares. The mountainous region of Pu Luong enjoys a cool climate, surrounded by primary forests interspersed with stunning terraced rice fields, especially picturesque during the rice harvest season.

Pu Luong has entered the first rice harvest season of the year. There are two rice seasons here: from May to June and from September to October.

Besides visiting the terraced rice fields, Hieu Waterfall is a must-see destination in Pu Luong. The waterfall consists of multiple terrace-like levels, with crystal-clear water where stream fish can be seen.
