When we evoke the word "luxury," the images that arise are often those of a Michelin-starred dinner, an exceptional service where every desire is anticipated before it is even spoken, or a secluded shore bathed in golden light. But for others, true luxury lies elsewhere: in the simple fact of having time. Time for oneself. To breathe. To feel. We love this subtle definition of luxury as "an indulgence in that which provides pleasure, satisfaction, or a sense of ease." It is a peaceful, almost intimate vision, where luxury ceases to be ostentatious and becomes sensory and emotional. A state of mind more than an object. A quest for meaning more than an accumulation of external signs.
