    11 Michelin-Starred Vietnamese Restaurants in 2026

    Michelin Guide Vietnam 2026 has announced its newest restaurant selection, recognizing exceptional culinary talent across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. The latest edition features 11 one-Michelin-Star restaurants, 74 Bib Gourmand establishments, and 110 Michelin Selected venues, reflecting the continued growth and international appeal of Vietnam's vibrant food scene.

    On June 4, Michelin Guide awarded one Michelin Star to 11 restaurants in Vietnam, an increase of two restaurants compared to last year.

    This year, Michelin visited Da Nang for the first time to award stars and recommend restaurants in its guide. Gwendal Poullennec, the international director of the Michelin Guide, stated that including Da Nang on the list this year reflects "the enthusiasm and culinary quality across all regions of Vietnam."

    CieL Dining is one of the newest entries into Vietnam’s fine dining scene, and already a Michelin-starred standout. Opened recently by Chef Lê Việt Hồng, a young Vietnamese chef trained extensively in French cuisine with years of experience across both Europe and Asia, CieL is a refined expression of modern culinary craftsmanship.
