We were warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to our hotel, where we received clear information about the program for the following days.

The next day, we met the team at the agency and immediately felt a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized and clearly explained.

We then began our discovery with a city tour, including a pleasant cyclo ride through different neighborhoods, giving us a first glimpse of local life.

From the second day onward, we were accompanied by our guide for the rest of the journey. We called her Jade 1, as later we would meet a second guide with the same name. The itinerary included cultural visits, local experiences, and beautiful natural landscapes, with highlights such as Paksong, Kuang Si Falls, and the Bolaven Plateau.
Throughout these days, the support was excellent, both in terms of transportation and the quality of explanations, which were always clear, engaging, and easy to follow. Our guide was attentive, professional, and always available, accompanying us right through to the airport and assisting us with departure procedures.

After a smooth arrival at our next destination, we met Jade 2, who continued to guide us during the following visits with the same professionalism and care.

In summary: the entire organization was flawless. The vehicles were comfortable and well maintained, and the drivers were careful and reliable. The guides were attentive, helpful, and full of good advice. Adjustments were made along the way to adapt visits and activities to our preferences, always at a relaxed pace.
The hotels were of very good quality, well located, and often offered beautiful views. We especially appreciated the freedom to choose our own restaurants, with no rigid schedule. Breakfast was included every day and was generous, varied, and of very good quality.

We were delighted to discover this beautiful country and its people, and we sincerely hope to return in the future to explore other regions with your company.

As promised, I am getting back to you with some feedback.
I can confirm that we had a very pleasant trip, full of beautiful surprises.

The guide welcomed us warmly upon arrival and everything went smoothly. The free time allowed us to discover the city from different perspectives, both during the day and in the evening.

We were extremely satisfied with Chez Mimosa – truly an address to recommend to all your English-speaking clients. It offers great comfort and quality at a reasonable price, located in a very authentic neighborhood and within walking distance of major attractions.

Our journey to the Mekong was very enjoyable. Traveling by river using different means of transportation was a lovely experience. The homestays were authentic and comfortable, and the food was simple and good. The mangrove visit was stunning, and the following day’s discovery of fish farms and the Cham community was very interesting.

The hotel in Mui Ne was perfect for a relaxing, high-quality stay. Sunrise views were wonderful, early morning swims were refreshing, and watching the kites dance in the afternoon was truly delightful.

Dear Phuong,

First of all, please accept my apologies for not replying earlier on WhatsApp. I preferred to write to you properly by email once I had the time. Since returning home, today is the first day I am not working and can finally sit down and write to you.

I am writing this email to sincerely thank you for the excellent organization of our trip to Vietnam. It was a truly wonderful experience - very complete and very well coordinated. We enjoyed every moment of the journey and greatly appreciated all the work you put into making everything run smoothly. We were also very grateful for the massage in Can Tho, the last-minute flight change to Phu Quoc, and your help with recharging our SIM card.

Overall, everything went very well. I would just like to share a few brief, constructive comments by destination, mainly for feedback purposes.

Hanoi:
Our guide Rosa was very kind and friendly. 

Tam Coc:
Our guide Princesa was very professional and pleasant. 

The driver during these three days was excellent - very kind, helpful, and a very safe driver.

Halong Bay Cruise:
The boat was fantastic, the food was wonderful, the staff were very friendly, and the excursions were very interesting. Unfortunately, we had two rainy days, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor areas of the boat, which looked beautiful.

Danang – Hoi An transfer:
Very good.

Ba Na Hills & Hue:
Our guide Vinh was very kind, and the driver was also very good. The visit to Ba Na Hills was excellent, and the guide knew the site very well.

Mekong Delta:
Our guide Antonio was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the region. The driver was also excellent. The visits and boat/tuk-tuk rides were very interesting.

Phu Quoc driver:
Very good.

Hotels:
We absolutely loved all the hotels. The locations were perfect, the hotels were modern, and all were highly recommendable. We slept very well - comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms, and varied, tasty breakfasts. We also loved the Novotel Phu Quoc, especially the night market right in front, which was perfect for dinner in the evenings.

Flights:
All our flights with Vietnam Airlines had some delays. We are not sure if this is common, but we wanted to mention it for your information.

In general, all the guides spoke very good Spanish, all vehicles were very comfortable, and all excursions were very interesting. We truly loved Vietnam and also greatly enjoyed our free days.

Once again, thank you very much for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. We will certainly recommend your agency in Spain and in France as well (my family lives in France).
