Dear Phuong,

First of all, please accept my apologies for not replying earlier on WhatsApp. I preferred to write to you properly by email once I had the time. Since returning home, today is the first day I am not working and can finally sit down and write to you.

I am writing this email to sincerely thank you for the excellent organization of our trip to Vietnam. It was a truly wonderful experience - very complete and very well coordinated. We enjoyed every moment of the journey and greatly appreciated all the work you put into making everything run smoothly. We were also very grateful for the massage in Can Tho, the last-minute flight change to Phu Quoc, and your help with recharging our SIM card.

Overall, everything went very well. I would just like to share a few brief, constructive comments by destination, mainly for feedback purposes.

Hanoi:
Our guide Rosa was very kind and friendly. 

Tam Coc:
Our guide Princesa was very professional and pleasant. 

The driver during these three days was excellent - very kind, helpful, and a very safe driver.

Halong Bay Cruise:
The boat was fantastic, the food was wonderful, the staff were very friendly, and the excursions were very interesting. Unfortunately, we had two rainy days, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor areas of the boat, which looked beautiful.

Danang – Hoi An transfer:
Very good.

Ba Na Hills & Hue:
Our guide Vinh was very kind, and the driver was also very good. The visit to Ba Na Hills was excellent, and the guide knew the site very well.

Mekong Delta:
Our guide Antonio was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the region. The driver was also excellent. The visits and boat/tuk-tuk rides were very interesting.

Phu Quoc driver:
Very good.

Hotels:
We absolutely loved all the hotels. The locations were perfect, the hotels were modern, and all were highly recommendable. We slept very well - comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms, and varied, tasty breakfasts. We also loved the Novotel Phu Quoc, especially the night market right in front, which was perfect for dinner in the evenings.

Flights:
All our flights with Vietnam Airlines had some delays. We are not sure if this is common, but we wanted to mention it for your information.

In general, all the guides spoke very good Spanish, all vehicles were very comfortable, and all excursions were very interesting. We truly loved Vietnam and also greatly enjoyed our free days.

Once again, thank you very much for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. We will certainly recommend your agency in Spain and in France as well (my family lives in France).

The guides you chose were fantastic. Huan and Hong Anh Dang were so knowledgeable and shared so much about your beautiful country with us. Their English was excellent, and it was also wonderful to have a female guide on the team.

The hotels were great, and the evenings spent with local families were a real highlight.
The bus was very comfortable, and the driver was friendly, careful, and professional—TOP marks!

We were especially lucky with our Halong Bay cruise: only ten people on the boat, a fantastic guide, and the weather was incredible—clear skies and perfect visibility.

Hello, first of all, we would like to thank your company for the warm welcome, kindness, flexibility, and above all, the quick responses and excellent overall service quality. You listened to us and perfectly solved every little issue we encountered. This is truly a trustworthy travel agency that travelers can fully rely on. Thanks to your support, our trip became smooth and truly unforgettable.

Regarding the guides, the first thing to highlight is their very good command of French. All of them were friendly, always smiling, and knowledgeable. We keep wonderful memories of each one.

At the start of our journey, since we knew nothing about Vietnam, our guide in Hanoi, Hoa, had the difficult task of introducing us to the country’s culture and history. He succeeded brilliantly, making us eager to discover many aspects of your culture. The visit to the Museum of Ethnology and the Temple of Literature, as well as experiencing the bustling life of Hanoi, will remain some of the main highlights of our trip.

In Sapa, our guide Tao, with tact and delicacy, led us through magnificent landscapes and introduced us to several local ethnic communities. His deep knowledge of the terrain and the people – being a local himself – allowed us to better understand the human reality of these mountains. Very attentive and caring, he skillfully adjusted the itinerary to fit everyone’s abilities. We remember him fondly, along with the people he introduced us to. A special mention also goes to the driver who masterfully handled tricky road situations.

Returning to Hanoi for a short transit to Lan Ha Bay and later Ninh Binh – moments more connected to water landscapes – we were accompanied by Nam, a guide who at times felt like a poet, with a rich French vocabulary and refined expressions. Very different from the previous two guides, he wasn’t afraid to reveal his personality, yet still guided us perfectly, giving us great freedom both on the cruise and while paddling through rice fields. His explanations during the visit to Hoa Lu temple helped us understand details we would have otherwise missed.
Speaking of the cruise, we greatly enjoyed its comfort, the kindness of the crew, the variety of activities, and the emotional journey… Watching sunsets and sunrises over the bay, visiting Viet Hai village and a floating fishing village – all were unforgettable moments. Having a private cruise was truly a highlight, and we are very grateful that your team worked hard to make this possible.

A completely different style awaited us with our guide in Hue, who had to show us the vast Imperial Palace, the Forbidden City, and one of the royal mausoleums – all in one day. With limited time, she had to be more directive, but with humor and impeccable French, she managed to show us as much as possible and provided many interesting and detailed explanations. Perhaps having an extra day in Hue would have been ideal.

With all these guides, each with their unique personality, we have only excellent memories and kindly ask you to pass on our thanks to them. After their guidance, we felt confident enough to explore Hoi An on our own, passing through the well-named Cloud Pass along the way!

For a future trip to Southeast Asia, we will certainly think of Kampa Tour.
