2. What should I know about the visa requirements for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand trips?

Visa requirements for those countries vary by nationality. Thailand offers visa-free entry or visas on arrival for many travelers. Cambodia provides an e-Visa system and visas on arrival at major entry points. Vietnam typically requires a visa, which can be obtained through the e-Visa system or a visa on arrival. Check the latest visa requirements for each country and ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

3. What should I pack for a multi-country tour of those countries?

For a multi-country tour of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, pack lightweight, breathable clothing suitable for the tropical climate, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, and a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. Essentials include sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, sunglasses, and a reusable water bottle. Additionally, bring a travel adapter, a small first aid kit, and any necessary medications. Remember to pack modest clothing for temple visits in all three countries.

4. Do you offer family rooms or connecting rooms?

If you are traveling with young children, we always try to arrange either family rooms or connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. However, not all hotels in our country have family rooms, and these rooms are usually in high demand in July and August, the peak vacation period for families. Therefore, we recommend booking your trip early to ensure the availability of the services according to your preferences.

5. Do you have 'baby cots' in the rooms?

Regarding accommodation, almost all 3-4 star hotels in our country have baby cots, but we can only provide a definitive confirmation for each hotel after we have made reservations.

6. Do you have car seats for our babies?

Our cars are not equipped with child seats. Children in our country typically do not have special seats in the car, but parents often place them beside them or on their laps.

7. What type of transportation do you offer for our family?

Most of the transfers will be done by car, but we also offer various types of transportation during your family trip, such as cyclo-pousse, bicycles, rowboats, or boats. You can also choose to spend a night on a train, all of which will provide you and your children with diverse experiences.
