Cambodia Reduces E-Visa Prices for Tourists
Cambodia is reducing e-visa fees for tourists and investors starting January 2025.
The Cambodian government has announced a reduction in e-visa fees for tourists and business travelers, effective January 2025. In a statement released on December 28, it specified that the fee for the tourist e-visa (e-visa T) will decrease from $36 to $30, while the fee for the ordinary e-visa (e-visa E) will drop from $42 to $35. This measure aims to attract more tourists and investors to this Southeast Asian country.

Tourism remains one of the four pillars of Cambodia's economy, alongside the export of garments, footwear, and travel goods, agriculture, and the construction and real estate sector.
Cambodia expects to welcome approximately 6.7 million foreign visitors and 22 million domestic tourists this year, surpassing the figures of 2019, before the Covid-19 pandemic.
