Rebranded from Asia Park and launched in June 2024, Da Nang Downtown, the "new entertainment district," has quickly established itself as one of the most lively must-visit destinations for entertainment, shopping, and dining in Da Nang with a large number of thrilling activities being constantly refreshed.

A "light party" at night

Symphony of the River, a multisensory spectacle featuring artistic fireworks, is the centerpiece of Da Nang Downtown's nighttime "entertainment party." This 45-minute show, backed by daily investments worth billions of Vietnam Dong, creates a dazzling and surreal atmosphere, showcasing over 100 international artists, including several well-known performers and 20 world champion Jetski and Flyboard athletes.

The show blends classical symphonic music, timeless songs, exhilarating Flyboard and Jetski stunts, and captivating choreography performed on a floating stage by the river. Spectators who have experienced the show will always remember the Han River "lit up" by brilliant LED displays, the rapid costume changes by the artist duo Minasov Victor and Minasov Elena, the hand-balancing cello act by the young artist Artisiom Zhaunenka, and the breathtaking aerial dance by Flyboard athletes.

Held daily at 8:30 p.m., the show's distinct charm comes from a seven-minute light spectacle with firework effects that change each week, offering visitors a one-of-a-kind experience. The artistic fireworks used in Symphony of the River are sourced from China, renowned for its mastery in pyrotechnics, with effects that are "magically transformative" in both form and color.

Alongside contemporary art, visitors can also enjoy the Roi Viet (Vietnamese Puppets) show at Au O, the largest puppet theater in central Vietnam, with performances at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
