We are delighted with our stay in Vietnam. The tour was superb, varied, and very interesting. The hotels were top-notch. The guides were attentive and very kind. We have no complaints about them; on the contrary, they were very friendly and competent, and we would have liked to do more.

Additionally, we thought of something you might want to mention to your future travelers: during our two days alone in Hoi An, we used the Grab app a lot for getting around the city. This app was recommended to us by a fellow Mexican traveler, and it was indeed very useful!
