For Spanish citizens, there is no need to worry about the visa, as they can travel to Thailand for a period of up to 30 days without needing to obtain a visa.

In the case of Argentine, Chilean, and Peruvian citizens, Thailand is very generous, as they allow citizens of Argentina, Chile, and Peru to visit the country for 90 days without the need for a visa. That's excellent news!

However, if you are not a citizen of the countries mentioned above, you will need to apply for a visa to enter Thailand. Only Mexican citizens have the option of obtaining a visa on arrival (Visa on Arrival) upon entering Thailand. From August 15, 2023: Vietnam implements visa waiver for up to 45 days for 13 countries, including Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, etc. In addition, the Government has established the electronic visa (E-visa) for citizens of 257 countries and territories, with a duration of up to 90 days.

A visa is mandatory in other cases. The time allowed is 30 to 90 days, depending on the specific regulations of each country, as long as your income is not aimed at earning income.
